Ingredients
- pepper
- salt
- artichoke hearts (canned or in a jar)
- 4 garlic cloves
- 3 slices of Serrano ham (but can also be done with Bayonne)
- 20 cl of liquid cream (preferably light)
Preparation
Step 1: In a saucepan, sauté the artichoke hearts. Crush the garlic cloves and put them in the same saucepan. Cover with liquid cream, add salt and pepper and cook for 10 to 15 minutes.
Step 2: When the artichokes are cooked (they come off easily), cut the ham slices into strips and add them to the pan with the artichokes. Mix and serve immediately.
