Ingredients
- 1 onion
- 3 tsp of cumin powder
- parsley
- olive oil
- pepper
- salt
- 500g of minced beef
Preparation
Step 1
Cut the onion into small pieces, lightly fry it in a little olive oil.
Step 2
In a bowl, mix the meat, onion, chopped parsley, cumin and a dash of olive oil. Season with salt and pepper and let it marinate in the fridge for about an hour.
Step 3
Cook in a pan or on the barbecue (it’s even better!)
