Spinach quiche

Ingredients

  • 1 ready-made puff pastry
  • 150g grated gruyere cheese
  • pepper
  • salt
  • 1 large can of canned spinach (stemmed or chopped)
  • 3 eggs
  • 10cl of liquid fresh cream

Preparation

  1. Preheat the oven to thermostat 7 (200°C).
  2. Unfold the puff pastry and place it in the pie dish. Prick with a fork.
  3. Drain the spinach.
  4. Put them in a bowl, add the eggs, fresh cream, grated gruyere, salt and pepper.
  5. Pour the mixture into the pie dish and sprinkle with more grated gruyere.
  6. Bake for 25 to 30 minutes.
  7. Bon appétit!
