Ingredients
- 1 ready-made puff pastry
- 150g grated gruyere cheese
- pepper
- salt
- 1 large can of canned spinach (stemmed or chopped)
- 3 eggs
- 10cl of liquid fresh cream
Preparation
- Preheat the oven to thermostat 7 (200°C).
- Unfold the puff pastry and place it in the pie dish. Prick with a fork.
- Drain the spinach.
- Put them in a bowl, add the eggs, fresh cream, grated gruyere, salt and pepper.
- Pour the mixture into the pie dish and sprinkle with more grated gruyere.
- Bake for 25 to 30 minutes.
