Ingredients:
-200g dried tomatoes
-100g flour
-1 packet of baking powder
-50g grated gruyere cheese
-6cl oil (you can use the oil from the tomatoes)
-100g feta cheese
-3 eggs
-12cl milk
-1 bunch of basil
Preparation:
Step 1: Preheat your oven to 180°C (thermostat 6).
Step 2: In a bowl, mix the flour and baking powder.
Step 3: Add the eggs, milk and oil and mix well.
Step 4: Incorporate the dried tomatoes cut into small pieces, chopped basil, diced feta cheese and grated gruyere cheese.
Step 5: Season with salt and pepper and mix again.
Step 6: Pour the batter into a greased cake pan and bake for 40 minutes.
Step 7: Let cool and enjoy.
