Sweet or savory dough for fritters

Ingredients:
125g flour
1 pinch of salt
1 tablespoon oil
15cl milk
1 egg

Preparation:
Step 1
Put all the ingredients in a bowl and mix well until obtaining a smooth and homogeneous batter. Put this mixture in the fridge for 1 hour.

Step 2
You can use this preparation for sweet (apple, banana…) or salty (zucchini…) fritters.
