Ingredients
for 6 people
2 rolls of puff pastry
5 large cooked potatoes
60g drained cottage cheese
2 eggs + 1 yolk
4 tablespoons of thick cream
100g grated Comté cheese
1 packet of diced ham
salt and pepper
Instructions
1. Roll out one of the puff pastry rolls on parchment paper, prick it with a fork and place it in a tart mold.
2. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
Peel and mash the potatoes.
In a bowl, beat the 2 eggs with the cream.
3. Mix the potatoes, beaten eggs with cream, drained cottage cheese, grated Comté cheese and diced ham.
Add salt and pepper.
4. Fill the bottom of the pastry with the mixture.
Roll out the second puff pastry roll, prick it and place it on the top.
Seal the edges with water.
5. Brush the top with beaten egg yolk.
Make a lattice pattern on the top with a fork.
To finish, bake in the oven for about 40 minutes.
After baking, place the pie on a serving dish and enjoy.
