Preparation
1. In a bowl, mix egg yolks with cream and half of the parmesan cheese.
2. In a frying pan, sauté the bacon over medium heat without adding any oil.
3. Remove from heat and add the egg mixture to the pan. Season with salt and pepper.
4. When ready to serve, add the remaining parmesan cheese to the sauce.
Finally, taste and adjust seasoning if necessary.
