Ingredients:
- 2 red peppers (other colors also work)
- olive oil
- pepper
- salt
Preparation:
- Remove the stem and seeds from the peppers, then cut them into thin slices.
- Place the pepper slices in a microwave-safe dish.
- Drizzle olive oil over the peppers and season with salt and pepper.
- Microwave on high power for 6-7 minutes.
