Thermomix Mushroom Soup: Creamy & Delicious

Ingredients

1 onion

50 g butter

2.5 tbsp sour cream

2.5 tbsp flour

1 vegetable bouillon cube

4 tsp chopped parsley

Pepper

350 g mushrooms

60 cl milk

1 tbsp lemon juice

Preparation

Step 1: Peel and chop the onion and mushrooms in your Thermomix for 30 sec / 0 ยฐC / speed 7.

Step 2: In a pan, heat butter, parsley and sliced mushrooms for 4 min/ 100ยฐC/ Spoon speed / reverse function until golden brown.

Step 3: After the mushrooms are golden brown, add flour and mix it in. Then pour 30 cl of water, milk and crumble the bouillon cube. Cook for 15 min / 80ยฐC / Spoon speed / reverse function.

Step 4: After the mixture is cooked for 15 min, add lemon juice, pepper and sour cream. Mix everything well. Cook for another 15 min at a temperature of 100ยฐC / Spoon speed / reverse function.

Step 5: Just before serving, add the lemon juice, pepper and sour cream. Mix everything well.
