Ingredients
2 tomatoes (or 1 large)
4 or 5 tablespoons of white wine vinegar
400g white rice
2 hard-boiled eggs
3 lettuce leaves
200g natural tuna (canned)
4 good tablespoons of mayonnaise
Preparation
Step 1
Cook the rice in salted boiling water.
Step 2
While the rice is cooking, cut the tomatoes, eggs, and lettuce into small pieces and crumble the tuna.
Step 3
When the rice is cooked, rinse it under cold water to cool it down and drain it well.
Step 4
Pour the rice into a large container and add the tomatoes, tuna, lettuce, and eggs.
Step 5
Mix well, then add the mayonnaise and drops of vinegar and mix everything together.
