1 puff pastry
1⁄2 pot of fresh cream and a little milk
1 can of tuna
gruyere cheese (quantity according to your taste)
Place the pastry in a mold and prick it with a fork.
Brush the bottom with mustard.
Mash the tuna and then spread it on the pastry.
Cut the tomatoes into slices and place them on the tuna.
Mix the eggs, cream, and milk (and gruyere cheese according to your taste), with salt and pepper, then pour it on the pastry (it should cover the tuna and tomatoes).

Bake in the oven at 200°C for 20-25 minutes.
