For 6 people
2 cans of tuna in oil (200 g)
3 whole eggs
Shallot (at least 2/3)
Parsley (at least 5 branches)
1. Drain the tuna.
2. In a bowl, put the tuna, breadcrumbs (not too much as it needs to absorb the excess oil that remains), salt, pepper, shallot (chopped) and parsley (chopped).
3. Beat the three eggs and mix them into the preparation.
4. Mix the tuna well. Then, on a flat surface, place cling film and put the tuna on it, shaping it like a sausage. Wrap the tuna in the film, and twist it tightly on both sides to resemble a candy.
Finally, immerse the sausage in boiling water for 30 minutes and it’s ready to serve.
