Tuna-stuffed Cucumbers with Tomatoes!

Ingredients

  • 1 tomato
  • Olive oil
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • 1 can of tuna
  • 50g of Saint-Moret cream cheese
  • 2 teaspoons of chives
  • 2 cucumbers

Preparation

  1. Cut your cucumbers in half and remove the flesh.
  2. Once this is done, cut your tomato into cubes to add to your filling later.
  3. In a bowl, mix the tuna, cream cheese, chopped tomato and remaining cucumber.
  4. Add a drizzle of olive oil to your preparation, season with salt and pepper. Add chives.
  5. The preparation is finished, all that’s left is to stuff your cucumbers.
