Ingredients
- 1 red pepper
- 1 green pepper
- Olive oil and a small bowl of cocktail sauce (mayonnaise + ketchup)
- 300g tagliatelle
- 100g pitted sliced green or black olives
- 1 small can of tuna
- Chives
Preparation
- Cook the tagliatelle in salted water for 8 minutes (al dente).
- Cut the 2 peppers into thin strips and sauté them in a little olive oil.
- After the pasta is cooked, let it cool and then place it in a salad bowl.
- Add the peppers, olives, tuna, and chives, pour a drizzle of oil, and season with salt and pepper if necessary. Present with the cocktail sauce.
