Two pepper tagliatelle salad


  • 1 red pepper
  • 1 green pepper
  • Olive oil and a small bowl of cocktail sauce (mayonnaise + ketchup)
  • 300g tagliatelle
  • 100g pitted sliced green or black olives
  • 1 small can of tuna
  • Chives


  1. Cook the tagliatelle in salted water for 8 minutes (al dente).
  2. Cut the 2 peppers into thin strips and sauté them in a little olive oil.
  3. After the pasta is cooked, let it cool and then place it in a salad bowl.
  4. Add the peppers, olives, tuna, and chives, pour a drizzle of oil, and season with salt and pepper if necessary. Present with the cocktail sauce.
  5. Enjoy your meal!
