Vegetable and Knacki Mini Cakes” – a delicious, user-friendly snack in just a few words!


For 6 servings

5 Knacki sausages (sausages typically made of pork and beef)

4 eggs

1 plain yoghurt

8 cl extra virgin olive oil

250 g mixed vegetables

200 g flour

1 packet of baking powder

60 g grated Gruyere cheese

ground black pepper


1. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius or gas mark 6. Grease and flour small cake moulds or a large one. Slice the Knacki sausages into small rounds.

2. In a mixing bowl, combine the flour and baking powder. Add the eggs, yoghurt, and olive oil. Mix well, then add the vegetables, sliced sausages, grated cheese, and pepper. Mix all the ingredients together.

3. Pour the mixture into the prepared cake moulds. Bake in a moderate oven for about 30 minutes.

To serve – Remove the cakes from the moulds once they are out of the oven. Serve warm or cold as a starter, with a green salad or as an appetizer at a picnic, etc.
