Vegetable strips” – crispy, healthy and tasty way to enjoy your veggies.

Ingredients:

– 1 kg carrots
– 1 onion
– pepper
– salt
– 2 tablespoons curry
– 3 tablespoons sunflower or olive oil
– 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
– 500 g green beans
– 1/2 white cabbage
– 2 garlic cloves

Preparation:

Step 1:
Wash and cut the cabbage, carrots and green beans lengthwise. Sauté them in oil for 5 minutes without adding water.

Step 2:
Add curry, vinegar, salt and pepper. Stir for another 5 minutes.

Step 3:
Serve hot or cold according to taste.
