Ingredients
8 sheets of brick pastry
3 carrots
8 Knackis
2 small courgettes
1 knob of Garlic and Parsley Flavour (or 15 g of fresh goat cheese, parsley and garlic)
80 g of emmental cheese
1 tablespoon of oil
1 knob of butter
Preparation
1 Preheat your oven to thermo. 7-8 (220 °C).
2 Wash, peel and grate the carrots and courgettes.
3 In a frying pan, fry the grated vegetables in oil for about 5 minutes. Add the Garlic and Parsley Flavour (or fresh goat cheese and spices).
4 In each sheet of brick pastry, distribute some of the vegetable mixture, add a Knacki and emmental cheese. Fold the sides over and roll up. Lightly brush with melted butter.
To finish, cook on your oven tray for 10 minutes.
