Ingredients
400 g of flour
15 cl of water
1 small spoon of salt
10 cl of olive oil
Preparation
Step 1
Begin by mixing the flour and salt together, then add the olive oil and mix everything.
Step 2
Incorporate the water little by little and knead until you obtain a dough ball (if the dough is made with a robot, it should come away from the walls).
Step 3
Form 8 small balls of equal size and let them rise for about 30 minutes covered with a damp cloth.
Step 4
Spread the balls into very thin cakes (this is where the difficulty lies, the cakes must be extremely thin).
Step 5
Heat a pan over high heat and cook the cakes for 30 seconds on each side (usually, after the second cake, 20 seconds per side are sufficient).
Step 6
Let it cool and fill with the stuffing of your choice. Roll the cake and cut the ends on a bias.
