Ingredients
1 zucchini
150g flour
1 packet of baking powder
3cl sunflower oil
100g grated Gruyere cheese
200g fresh goat cheese (in small portions)
3 eggs
12.5cl hot milk
Preparation
Step 1
Sautée the unpeeled and diced zucchini in a spoonful of olive oil (about 15 minutes), then drain on paper towels.
Step 2
In a bowl, mix the flour, baking powder, eggs, oil, hot milk, diced zucchini, goat cheese (roughly chopped), and Gruyere cheese (basically all ingredients).
Step 3
Pour everything into an ungreased loaf pan and bake for 45 minutes in a preheated oven at 200°C/Th 7.

Note: The given recipe is for a zucchini and goat cheese cake. The base of the cake is made with flour, baking powder, eggs, sunflower oil, and hot milk. To this, diced zucchini, goat cheese, and grated Gruyere cheese are added before baking.
