Zucchini and goat cheese quiche

Ingredients

  • 1 ready-made puff pastry
  • 1 pack of lardons
  • 2 courgettes
  • 3 tbsp of crème fraîche
  • pepper
  • 1 tbsp of olive oil
  • 150 g of ham or shoulder
  • 1 goat cheese log
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 glass of milk
  • Gruyere cheese

Preparation

  1. Roll out the pastry in a tart dish.
  2. Cut courgettes into small cubes and sauté them in the olive oil until they lose their water.
  3. Sauté the lardons and ham to eliminate some fat, place them on the bottom of the dish.
  4. In a bowl, mix the eggs, cream, milk and pepper.
  5. Pour the mixture over the lardons, ham and courgettes.
  6. Cut goat cheese into slices and place them on top along with some grated Gruyere.
  7. Bake for 25 to 30 minutes at 200°C (thermostat 6-7).
