Ingredients
- 1 ready-made puff pastry
- 1 pack of lardons
- 2 courgettes
- 3 tbsp of crème fraîche
- pepper
- 1 tbsp of olive oil
- 150 g of ham or shoulder
- 1 goat cheese log
- 3 eggs
- 1 glass of milk
- Gruyere cheese
Preparation
- Roll out the pastry in a tart dish.
- Cut courgettes into small cubes and sauté them in the olive oil until they lose their water.
- Sauté the lardons and ham to eliminate some fat, place them on the bottom of the dish.
- In a bowl, mix the eggs, cream, milk and pepper.
- Pour the mixture over the lardons, ham and courgettes.
- Cut goat cheese into slices and place them on top along with some grated Gruyere.
- Bake for 25 to 30 minutes at 200°C (thermostat 6-7).
