Ingredients
5 medium zucchinis
50 cl of sour cream
pepper
salt
1 goat cheese log
3 eggs
1 shortcrust pastry base
Herbs de Provence
Preparation
Step 1
Peel the zucchinis and cut them into pieces of about 1.5cm. Fry them in a preheated and oiled pan (preferably olive oil).
Step 2
Add salt, pepper and sprinkle with Herbs de Provence. Preheat the oven to 200°C (thermostat 6-7).
Step 3
Line the tart dish with the pastry base. Arrange the zucchini pieces on top. Cut the goat cheese into slices of 1/2cm and place them regularly on top of the zucchinis.
Step 4
Fill the spaces between the zucchini slices with the remaining zucchini rounds.
Step 5
Mix the sour cream with the eggs, add salt and mix. Add a little milk.
Step 6
Cover the tart with this mixture.
Step 7
Bake for 30 to 40 minutes.
Step 8
Preferably serve lukewarm.
